Initial Acupuncture Visit Considerations

Our office believes that you must feel confident and clear about the treatments we can provide for your particular health concerns. For that reason, we do offer 15 minute consultations free of charge to give you, the patient, the opportunity to relay your history and ask questions without financial obligation.

Payment for regular services is expected at the the time of your visit unless prior arrangements have been made with our office manager. We are happy to provide you with documentation to submit to your insurance company for those plans that do reimburse for acupuncture and /or massage therapy services.

We are certified and will , as a courtesy, bill Medicare and select commercial insurances for physical therapy services.

Acupuncture, Physical therapy, and Massage therapy are covered services for personal injury cases and are gladly accepted.

Functional medicine/Nutritional blood chemistry is not a covered service as it is considered alternative and preventative in nature.

Quality health care should not be compromised due to financial limitations. For that reason, our office offers no interest payment plans that will allow you to benefit from treatment without the stress of an unbearable financial burden.

Our current office hours are as follows:

• Tuesday 8:30am to 7 pm
• Thursday 8:30am to 5pm
• Friday 8:30am to 5pm
• Saturday 8:30am to 12:30pm

To accommodate those with pressing needs, urgent visits are available upon request

All to often, those that need attention paid to their health are busy caring for others. For those special people, we offer the opportunity to purchase "Certificates of Wellness" to be put towards any of our services or products.
